Life Coaching
Sometimes we get stuck in life…
There are moments in our life where we don’t know which way to turn, what lies ahead, or how to reach our seemingly insurmountable goals. Turning to friends and family is one way to solve things, but often times, they lack the distance, vantage point, or lived experiences necessary to offer truly helpful guidance. That is where life coaching steps in.
Even the most experienced athletes need a coach to win.
Your life is far more important than any gold medal or olympic achievement. Everyone has dreams – only those who act make those dreams a reality.
Life Coaching That Helps You Become Who You’re Meant to Be
Life coaching isn’t about fixing something broken in you. It’s about closing the gap between where you are and the version of yourself you already know you’re capable of becoming.
Many of my life coaching clients come to me at a crossroads โ a career change, a relationship shift, a quiet sense that something needs to change but no clarity on what. Others simply feel like they’re capable of more than their current life reflects. Life coaching gives you the space, structure, and outside perspective to figure out what’s actually holding you back, and build a practical path forward.
What Makes This Different From Traditional Life Coaching
Most life coaching focuses purely on mindset and goal-setting. My background in communication coaching and confidence coaching means we go one step further – because knowing what you want to change is only half the equation. The other half is being able to communicate that change: to your partner, your family, your boss, and often, to yourself.
This combination matters more than people expect. You can have total clarity on your goals and still stay stuck, simply because you don’t yet have the words, the confidence, or the communication skills to advocate for the life you want.
Success is possible!
Build a Life you Love!
Areas We Work On Together
Clarity and direction
Figuring out what you actually want, separate from what’s expected of you
Identity and reinvention
Becoming the version of yourself you’ve outgrown your current life to become
Confidence in decision-making
Trusting yourself enough to choose, rather than staying stuck in indecision
Navigating life transitions
Career changes, relationship shifts, relocations, and other major turning points
Work-life alignment
Building a life that reflects your actual priorities, not just your schedule
Communicating change
Having the hard conversations that reinvention often requires, with the people it affects
My Approach
I don’t believe in generic frameworks applied to every client the same way. My own reinvention didn’t happen because someone handed me a five-step plan โ it happened through real trial and error, self-observation, and a willingness to keep adjusting until something worked. That’s the same approach I bring to coaching: practical, personalised, and grounded in what’s actually true for your life, not a template.
You can read more about my own journey here โ I’ve been where many of my clients are now, and I coach from lived experience as much as training.
